- A no-obligation click conversation via video calling or at a location of your choice, with mother (and possible partner)

- Extensive intake interview with mother

- At least three prenatal sessions of 2 to 3 hours each time

- Free use of a Tens device including personal electrode pads

- Available by email or app until week 38, during office hours
